It is so nice to buy a product that is well designed, is easy to install and does exactly what it says it will do. My only suggestion to Lasco is to include a longer tailpiece - perhaps 8" or 12" that could be cut down so most folks could use it in their specific applications. Also, the directions are pretty useless to someone who has never replaced one of these before. I've done at least a dozen, so I knew what I was doing. Oh, also I always use silicone caulk instead of plumbers putty under the "beauty ring".
