Took a chance on this unit as my first experience with diffusers of this type. Was drawn particularly by the promise of Wi-Fi connectivity to make adjustments from my phone. Out of the box, I was disappointed by the construction of the unit. I wasn’t expecting high end materials, but this unit is all plastic, including the diffuser nozzle and it felt quite flimsy. Next, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Followed the directions video and realized that it was not broadcasting SSID to connect to for setup, so no remote management. The manual setup directions are painful to read and follow, but once setup, it does actually scent the area nicely. Just left wishing it was better overall.I like that the machine doesn't require water. However the machine is loud. The directions provided are terrible and cheaply done. They should be easier to read and understand. I also don't like that you need a plastic key (that looks like the tip of two prong fork) to open it. I don't want to keep up with a tiny plastic piece. I'd rather just be able to open the device to operate it.Instantly felt the differenceWorks great super happy with my order. No more candles in my houseVery noisy operation.
