Initial review down below.I ordered a new Levo 2 after borrowing my buddies to activate some flower material and infuse some Ghee.I received the 1st unit, and it all looked good until I plugged it in, then it became clear the screen would not function, so it's defective.Jumped back on Amazon, requested a return & replacement unit.Dropped off the defective Levo 2 at the UPS Store, and waited for the replacement Levo 2 to arrive.It arrived, I unboxed it and plugged it in to find that this replacement is also defective with a bad screen that would not power on.Reached out to Levo, to see if there would be a way to get a unit that's been tested, but they decided to process this return, and told me to drop it off for return, and once they receive it, then they would decide when, and if it would be shipped out to me.I told them to disregard, and That I would return it via Amazon instead; which I did and Amazon immediately shipped a replacement.I unboxed this replacement and plugged it in.The screen powered up and functions correctly.I've already activated a double batch and infusing it now as I write this.Cookies tonight will complete this review.The infused cookies are fantastic.I'm glad I stuck with it through three attempts, the Levo 2 is perfect for my needs.1st. Review (after using by buddies Levo 2) Super easy and clean way to create infused goodies for whatever you make and enjoy.My first batch of Infused butter (I use Ghee) was a joy to make.Load the botanical matter, activate it, and infuse the medium (butter/Ghee in my case).Offload the medium into a sealable container, I used a Mason Jar.The Levo 2 does what it's designed for exceptionally well, without a mess and cleanup of the unit and it's internal parts could not be easier.You can Hand Wash or place them in to the top rack of your dishwasher.Next, I'll be infusing Peach Nectar for use in Iced Tea, instead of other sweeteners.
