Came clean, with the oil drain plug, and two O-Rings. No gasket is needed, just RTV paste which you can buy anywhere at your local automotive store. The oil pan fit perfectly in its place. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. It beats paying $700+ for an OEM part.
