I have been using the diffuser for a week now, and I love it! At first I thought it was a bit pricey (though there are others that are similar and cost almost twice as much) but now after buying it and using it, I think the price is very reasonable. It doesn't put out a heavy dose of fragrance (I also own a Pium and it puts out way too much fragrance, even at the lowest setting) and considering that it is a nebulizing diffuser, it is pretty quiet. It is a heavy unit, I think made out of metal at least on the outside. I love how you change out the fragrances, you press down on the top and the piece comes out and you just screw in a different bottle. You can also use your own fragrance or essential oils, but I've bought several of the Natscent oils and they are great and reasonably priced. My most favorites are White Tea, Fresh Blue and Lavender, and I also like Miami Vibe and Santal. You can use the diffuser without the app, but the app really makes it perfect. The app is called Scent Marketing. You can set time periods and days for scheduling, along with how long the diffuser should run and the pause between diffusions. In all, I would say that this is the perfect diffuser!
