Why do water droplets form on or around my Eva? If you see droplets or moisture on or around the device, it is condensation from the humidifier. This indicates the air can no longer absorb more moisture. Please lower the humidification output until no droplets are visible. Fragrances compatible with your Eva You can use any com. available fragrances or essential oils with Eva. For best results, use natural, alcohol-free oils. Add 2-3 drops to the fragrance container, never directly into the tank. Eva’s fragrance will be milder than an aroma diffuser. How often should I clean Eva? Daily: Fill with fresh water. If unused for days, empty and clean tray/Every 2 weeks: Clean water tray, mist chamber. Descale if needed. /Monthly: Descale. /End of season: Clean, dry, and replace accessoires. Never immerse the device in water. What type of water is suitable for Eva? Eva turns water into mist, and limescale forms a white film on furniture. Use an anticalc cart. to reduce this. Replace it frequently for hard water. Avoid decalcified water from ion-exchange softeners, as salt causes white dust.
