Go with their chart, it is right on. I am 6' 2", 34x34 pants, 42-43 sleeve, 210 lbs. Slightly athletic build, I'm not skinny, but I don't quite have a belly. I ordered the M and it fits just fine over t-shirt. The sleeve length is perfect, (which is often an issue for me with L having correct sleeve length but too roomy in the chest/waist). So the M is good for taller/longer/slimmer guys in this size range. I would order the L if you have a belly or lift weights, or want to wear a sweater underneath. The sizes seem to account more for width than height. The suede is nice, not what I was expecting, less like a welding jacket, and more like a handbag, thinner but refined. The manufacture is excellent, buttons and stitches seem bomber. Collar is a little broader than the Levi JJs I have owned, and the suede pockets make the chest a little bulkier than denim.
