I'm a cosmetology professional and I have recently embraced using this brand's products in some of my regular facial services. This is one such product as it has a wonderful soothing effect on clients whose skin has recently undergone a chemical exfoliation service, sometimes referred to as a chemical peel. I'm very cautious about what products I apply following such a procedure as the skin is very open and exposed, and needs to be both replenished and protected without being clogged or inhibited from healing.I really like this product for that purpose as it's a singular solution for all of those challenges, and its non-irritating formula is gentle even on freshly exfoliated, highly prone skin. Absorption is not quick but this isn't a product you'd use before going out on the town anyway, so that didn't bother any of my clients as it's not uncommon to leave shiny, glossy, and glowing following a facial.This is overall a very nice product in my opinion. While it does have a higher price point, I think this brand is largely geared towards professionals who will use the in-line products together for the best results, and for whom a $1,000+ investment in skincare products is worth it when charging $100+ per facial. For at -home use, I do think the investment is worth it as long as you're making the best use of them by combining them with comprehensive skincare plans that target your goals, not just applying this serum on its own and hoping for miracles.In addition to using it as a followup serum during the final process of those facial services, I have definitely been suggesting it to clients who routinely get exfoliation services and like to continue its use at home as for several days after as well. I think this is a fantastic product that is worth the spend and works perfectly. Recommended for sure.
