Everything the quietness the looksChose this fan and light combo after returning a similar fixture from another manufacturer that used LED source. This one definitely allows for better light quality and color by accepting three type A lamps. It’s about what I expected for the price. Not disappointed. Dimmable. Three fan speeds. Works well.This arrived. Uninstalled the old one. Started installing the new one. MOUNTING BRACKET is not in the box. Contact Amazon. Their solution is that I pack the whole thing up, return it, and take my chances on having a new one sent in the hopes that it has all the parts? Um no thank you. Returning and I'll order it from Home Depot. Living without a ceiling fan now though in the middle of summer :( Really disappointing experience especially considering how expensive the item is.oh in addition the warranty card contains a section for "installing licensed electrician" as well as the "license no" which makes me think that if you ever claimed against the warranty but had installed yourself, you could just forget it.
