Super quiet fan that looks good too. Installation instructions could stand some improvement and install was a little difficult, but we got it done. Put it on a dimmer and that's nice to have. We didn't run a separate electrical feed for the nightlight, so can't speak to that. For main light, 800 lumens could be brighter, but enough when combined with other bathroom lights. Overall a good unit. Will likely buy another if still available when I replace the one in our other bathroom.
