It is a great-looking ceiling light. We wanted to replace a old light that have the light cups facing upwards, collecting dead bugs over time. Wife found this light on Amazon and the real product looks really close to the advertised product picture.The assembly and installation were relatively easy. I am not the most handy person, but the instruction was clear enough it only took me less than an hour to put it up. The only hiccup was that one of the aluminum housing in the light socket broke and I wasn't able to insert the last light bulb in successfully. Upon communcating the problem to the company's customer service, they sent a brand new light (yes you read it right, not just a new housing or a new socket, they sent a whole new light) without asking for the return of the "old" light. So 5***** for the customer service as well.So far the light has been working well, and we are very satisfied with our new dining room light!
