Good recoil action of this hose reel which is high quality and nice looking. The Oil Shield hose has a coating on it that I wiped off after the first use. It has a nice, soft rubbery feel and not stiff feeling like some hoses. This is a very good hose also. The reel itself is rigid but not Cox rigid that is twice the price, Good for any shop. Functioned very well after 25 uses. I put heavy Maxima grease on ratchet assembly. This should last a very long time and not made in China, but India. Much better steel. Nice lighter blue color too. Highly recommended for shop use!!
