I've been doing massage for 10+years and had a hard time finding a hot stone machine that would work for me. It's made so any of my clients happy and helped my hands not feel over worked. I didn't get a 4 star because of this but the oil they send is old and not usable. I didn't plan on using it anyway because I had my own stuff but they do send multiple outlet attachments for all types of outlets. Very handy! The stones also stay really warm. I'm so impressed when I put a stone back and after 5mins there warm again. Over all love the products!
