Grapeola oil is extracted from grape seeds and is all-natural. Grape seed oil has been enjoyed for its taste and healthful benefits in europe for centuries. Today it has become the secret ingredient of some of the finest chefs in america. Among the other healthy oil, grapeola has following unique advantages: Rich in vitamin e It is enriched in vitamin e, a potent natural antioxidant. One tablespoon of grapeola oil provides nearly the recommended daily allowance for vitamin e. High in polyunsaturated fat Grapeola oil is a polyunsaturated oil that is rich in linoleic acid which is main source for omega "6". It also contains lenolenic acid which is main source for omega "3". The proper functioning of all body cells depends upon healthy membranes as they act as "gatekeepers" in the cells. In other words, the efa are necessary for normal cell metabolism and proper physiological functioning. Because of their role in cell membrane structure, efa deficiency in experimental animals is associated with problems at the cellular level including growth retardation, impaired fertility, fragility of red blood cells and skin lesions. I love this oil, I use it for everything, frying eggs instead of butter I use this oil. When I am frying chicken I use half of regular vegetable oil and half of grapeola oil.We use only grape-seed & olive oils - what a deal this buy was (understand it is no longer available through Amazon)I have used this product for many years, however, I do wish it came in larger quantities (2-2liter bottles). I previously ordered this quantity with free shipping, which I am still waiting for.I love this grape seed oil. It is great to cook with and also to put on salads. I will purchase more in the future.Great !!This oil is amazing! People keep saying olive oil is healthy for a body? but I keep detecting a "gasoline" taste from it. I can't stand that nasty stuff! Well! If I understand it correctly, Grapeseed oil contains omega 3s and Omega6s and Vitamin E!! !for salad dressings (I like to mix with Apple Cidar Vinegar by Braggs with the dark "mother" of the apple vinegar...) mmm..mm.. very healthy.now, if you actually cook with this, does it not kill all Omega goodness?sighs.wow. It's just awesome for standard popcorn cooking too. Is there something this oil can not do? The flavor realy is so delicate, I can hardly detect it. Maybe, just maybe, it *could* be described as lightly nutty. but 99% neutral flavor, my opinion. What is the acidity of this oil? Perhaps that is why olive oil bothers me?This Grapeseed oil has an unusual viscosity from other oils. So, I do KNOW this Grapeola brand to be pure! You can see it... is not like other inferior oils....I don't understand... My bottle of GrapeOla was not green. Should it be Green on the inside?? Do the other brands contain coloring? (FDA does not require all ingredients listed on labels! "Food, Inc."... ) and how is the oil extracted? is it smooshed? Is this the first pressing? (like olive oil?)?? hmmmm. I found some other brand Grapeseed oil, and it was very very green. And if this stuff is light sensitive, should it be enclosed in a metal container instead of clear plastic? and what of the bisphenol A in the plastics? and the aluminum in the cans? A person just can't win in this world, can they? heh. OK, so , ahem, >< I admit, not sure, I might enjoy the other brands more, however, for the price, if this is your first attempt at trying grapeseed oil. The price of Grapeola is very affordable!!!!!!!and... if you are curious... and accidentally drink too much., it's an amazing... ahem... at keeping movement going in the GI tract... um. ahem.... (I suffer issues....)
