We ordered 2 of these at the same time from the same seller Allied Brass. They arrived on different days. Neither box had instructions. We contacted Allied Brass about instructions and they emailed a set to use. Unfortunately the instructions were quite useless. If Gatco had the size we needed we would have purchased more from them but we were stuck buying from Allied Brass because of this particular size. They were a nightmare to install because I had to make my own measurements for locating the mounting brackets to the wall. On top of all this they are side by side in our guest bathroom and the screw on mounting balls located in the front of the mirrors are 2 different sizes. We called them again and they said since we purchased them from Amazon we must go through Amazon again to get the correct size mounting balls. Guess what? No way to contact seller through Amazon.
