I like the quality of the product, but if it can't be installed, it has no value to me. The diagram on the instructions was of a different designed shelf. There is very little room for error when drilling the holes to mount the brackets, yet there was no template (I had to make my own). It requires two different sizes of Allen wrenches to install and there was only one size included. Finally, the instructions didn't specify which size drill bit to use...I had to guess. If I wasn't a little handy, this would have never have gotten installed.
