We received the order very quickly and were not disappointed. The faucet is absolutely beautiful and the color matches that of the other bath hardware we purchased from another seller. The faucet can be turned on and off with one finger and does not show water spots like the old chrome faucet did.I did not install the faucet and did ask my husband and his friend if they had trouble with the installation and both agreed that they had a moderately hard time with getting the faucet syncronized; so that they turned on without play.
