I rarely leave reviews but I'm so impressed with this topsoil, I had to review it. I had a bare spot in my front lawn that my existing bluegrass wouldn't fill in, no matter what I did. I put a light layer of this soil down and added some grass seed (Bluebank, Mazama and Midnight). Usually bluegrass takes forever to grow, but mine was coming in just eight days later. I wish I could topdress my entire lawn with this amazing soil. It does exactly what it claims.
