Totally worth the price to replace the rusting pan I had previously.If you're planning to rock crawl I'd get a thicker steel pan, but for daily driving and casual trails it seems perfectly fine to me. The steel isn't thick, but it's adequate.Gave it five stars but I'll mention a little annoyance I had which is that the drain plug was on so tight I had to check to see if it hadn't been spot welded. Fortunately I checked this before install and was able to wrench it off and added some anti sieze before tighting it back on so the next time I need to do an oil change it won't be a massive struggle.Other than that, it looked good and went in easily with no leaks (using a FelPro gasket and a couple dabs of RTV at the sharp corners of the block).
