Fan quit working after two years but the issue is, the company Emerson was bought out by a company called Luminance which filed for bankruptcy so I cannot find any help in ordering parts (receiver and remote) to even try to fix it. We tried all the fixes the manual lists, to no avail. Would not buy this again. Amazing though that Amazon, Home Depot and others still have this in stock and sell it despite no access to help in troubleshooting issues.
