I ordered this pan based on reviews on saw on other sites. It's better than the OEM, and the baffle should help keep the oil flowing. One FYI, the baffle may require trimming if you install the pan with the engine in the car. Due to the angle required to clear the crossmember, it wouldn't seat on the block until I removed a 1/2 inch of baffle where it hit the pickup.
