Missing pieces, no hardware, no instructions. The product calls for a W117 and that's what I have. But it was super hard to install. The main piece (diffuser) did not line up. Probably an inch off on the side. The two pieces that go horizontally under the exhaust tips were too long. It would either protrude on the left side or the right side (depending on which side you wanted to make it ugly). The product looked better if I didn't even install the two pieces under the exhaust.This was supposed to be easy.... if I had instructions. What was supposed to be a 1/2 hour took over 2 hours messing around and making alterations to make it fit.But, now that I finally got it installed (jimmy rigged), it looks good.
