We love this faucet! It is well constructed and fits in perfectly with our oil-rubbed bronze décor. Water pressure is amazing and no leaks. The seller (Cocktap) has OUTSTANDING customer service! We had a few issues and they stood behind their warranty and responded to my messages within 24 hours. I bought this faucet in January and did not install it until June due to delays in our master bath remodel. I reached out to the seller several times to resolve a few issues we had with installation and they were very helpful and quick to respond. This has been the best buying experience I have had on Amazon and I would suggest buying this faucet over any of the other comparable ones simply because the customer service of this seller is amazing. They definitely went above and beyond to help us and I will specifically seek this third party seller out if I need to buy any more plumbing stuff on Amazon. We were installing this on a 100+ year old clawfoot tub and it did require a few modifications. First, the connection arms were too short on this faucet due to our cast iron tub being thick-walled. We had to purchase brass extenders to connect these to our supply lines (Kingston Brass item CC465). In order to do this, we used these Brass adapters (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003WOS1DY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). We also had to drill out the center of these adapters a bit to make them large enough for the compression fittings from the supply line to fit. We used a ½ inch bit to do this. It shaved just enough out of the center to get a snug fit on the supply lines. Finally, the escutcheon covers that go over the holes in the tub were a little flimsy and started to sink in as we tightened the faucet to the supply lines. To remedy this, we placed several extra metal washers to keep it from sinking in further. This product paired perfectly with the Kingston Brass branded supply lines (CC465) and drain kit (CC2095). I would suggest using ample amounts of pipe dope and pipe tape when connecting this thing together as we did have a couple of persistent leaks due to not using enough tape. Also, be sure to use the included washers as well. Finally, this faucet is comprised of many small pieces which makes it easy to replace small parts rather than the whole thing if needed. However, I would suggest supergluing the little knobs on the handle in as they are held in by very small threads and have a tendency to pop off. This will save you a lot of grief if you proactively glue these in rather than end up in a situation where you are trying to fish this tiny piece out of the drain. While we did have to make a few small modifications here and there, it is important to keep in mind that we were trying to get this to work with cast iron tub that was 100+ years and they don’t make them the way they used to ? I would imagine this would be much easier of an install on the acrylic or fiberglass tubs they make today.Highly recommend using this faucet. It is so classy!!
