Package arrived on time, and the finish on the parts looked good. I could not install it however. I am not a plumber, but have installed similar faucets in the past. The flexible tubing arrives detached from the faucet and handles. To install the tubing you would have to feed it up inside a threaded shaft. There is no way to get a tool into the shaft, so you would have to grip and twist the flexible tubing itself. That is unlikely to seal with enough force to prevent leakage over time. On the faucet, you cannot fit the locking nut over the tub connectors. So you would have to put the tubes though the locking nut, and then try to tighten the tube fittings from beneath the sink through the threaded shaft blindly by twisting the tubing by hand. Forget it! I thought I must have made a mistake, so I looked at the instructions. They were not for this faucet. Then, I went to the website listed on the instructions (Wovier.com) and it does not exist! It was also at this point that I realized the threaded shaft for the faucet is a larger diameter than the standard sized hole in my sink. I couldn't install it without enlarging the holes in my sink. Too risky with quartz, and with my carpentry skills. I also found that the flexible tubing that it comes with, is really short. I would have had to go buy tubing extensions of some kind. I had no issues returning it, but I did get stuck with paying the shipping fees ~ $32.
