I’ve bought these boots for over the past seven years and loved them, made right here in St. Louis Missouri. But. I noticed I could not purchase them for over nine months and the manufacturer said it was having trouble getting materials, not so they we’re moving manufacturing to China. Whenever the boots finally arrived the leather felt cheap and after wearing for two weeks my left ankle began to hurt, so I turned the boot over an noticed the sole form was offset causing my ankle to rock right to left with each step. Over two weeks I was in so much pain I went to a foot specialist and he showed me it was my Chinese manufactured boot was my problem. After a cortisone shot I had relief and wore American mad boots no problem! I will never ever buy Asian mad boots again.
