I have a Whynter Winador 400 ct and the fan went out in the back of the unit and my humidity would fluctuate drastically. I tried this Cigar Oasis out to see if it could help and boy does it! After a week I noticed my sticks getting softer to the touch which meant they were back to my preferred humidity of around 65%. I live in GA and in the summer thats a great humidity for me. This model comes with an additional reservoir tank because they will need to be replaced at some time. So its good to have that spare when needed. Poured in some distilled water and set my desired humidity and setup the unit for WIFI. All was a seamless task and it works great. I believe the Wifi is an added costs at some time after the trail but I have gotten that far yet. I have had this unit for just over a month I think around 6 weeks and I am a daily cigar smoker so I can tell the difference. The unit also has a flat USB cable for power which slips seamlessly between the door so there is no gap and loss of humidity. I say if you have a large number of Cigars and need better control of your humidity get this Cigar Oasis. It is an excellent investment for your cigars.
