I really wanted this pump to work out. For starters, it arrived in a random FedEx box stuffed with random cuts of foam without any documentation or manuals. Tried finding them online but couldn't, and was unable to find the manufactures website. From what I can tell this pump arrived mostly as advertised, with one big caveat...I couldn't find anywhere that it had been certified by any type of NRTL...it had a CE mark on the tag, but I'm hesitant because that is a self rating that it meets the EU standards for sale in EU. For my application, I needed to run the pump continuously, possibly unattended. I ran the pump for five minutes and it got pretty hot fairly quickly. This caused me to be concerned about leaving it running unattended. Maybe it's ok, but with no documentation to support it being rated to run continuously, it wasn't worth the risk of leaving this running in my garage. Power cord seemed to be spliced with aheat shrink tubing, again probably ok, but who knows. I also wasn't able to get nearly as much vacuum as it was advertised for, even accounting for elevation etc. There is a mix of English and Chinese on the tags a stickers...sometimes just Chinese, which is fine, but only if you are able to read Chinese. For me, I did end up retuning the pump unfortunately.
