Pros: - Aesthetically pleasing - You can see the ionizer working - It does a decent job putting vapor into the air - It is easy to useCons: - It can only hold 1 gallon of water and requires refilling daily or more often if it runs continuously - The "Max fill" denotation is a HOLE in the back of the unit...so if you fill it too full IT WILL FLOOD out the hole until the water is below the max fill mark - I put this unit in a 150 sq. foot room and though it tries, it cannot get the humidity level above 55%. I need it to be at 65% to prevent bloody noses so this will not satisfy my needs but if you don't need high humidity then maybe it'll serve you better.I especially like that it comes with a remote. Has an option for sterilization and humidity level. Also has a timer. A very nice looking product. Very quiet and so far i like it a lotIt's decent for the price. Does not bring humidity in our bedrooms past 45% humidity but it helps. We were around 30% humidity without it. Love the air purification feature. Our rooms are about 13 ft squareThis house modifier specifically states that you need to use tap water instead of distilled water, as you normally would in a humidifier. Following these directions results in a layer of white "dust" (actually a mold... Eww) on everything around it. I definitely ended up returning this item. Additionally, be aware that cool mist humidifiers need additional and more often cleaning as the water inside of the basically just sits around and is great for growing all kinds of nasty microbes. Had originally been told that warm mist did this, but if you think about it, warm mist actually boils the water to turn it into humidity. So yeah. Pass.Works as stated does a great job in large bedroom has been a life changer for me overly dry skin. Will see how long it last as it pretty much runs 24/7. Ceramic ring were a pain to find, when found was easy replacement (unplug unit when changing as seems to have low grade charge when plugged in). Can't say enough about how well this has worked this winter glad I purchased it.I am not so familiar with air purifiers as I am with humidifiers, so am trusting all is working well.Like user friendly dislike the mist outlet should have a larger opening.Smaller capacity water holding tank than I had realized.En verdad que la brisa fría de este equipo hace la diferencia en la habitación donde lo tengo, no hace ruido y puedes programar que se apague al llegar a un grado de humedad o después de algunas horas.
