Exactly matched the factory oil pan and bolted right up to my 2010 Ford Expedition 4x4. Zero leaks when installed with a Victor Reinz OS32517 oil pan gasket.Removal/installation took about 4 hours from start to clean-up. I could probably knock it out in under 3 hours now that I know what I'm doing. Job prep involves unbolting the steering rack and letting it drop (2 big bolts), unbolting the front differential and letting it drop (3 bolts), removing the nut holding a bracket to the front of the engine on the passenger side so the hard lines can be shifted to allow access to the bolts. After that, remove the bolts holding the pan in place, carefully drop and remove it rear-first (no need to remove the oil pick-up), clean any old gasket residue, and reverse order to install the new pan.
