I do not recommend this faucet. It is beautiful and works well. But after 9 months the black matte finish is flaking off. I’ve submitted a warranty claim and the customer service has been responsive. But all they will do is replace it with the same product. I believe the black matte finish is not one that will last very long after this experience. I’d like it replaced with another product since I don’t believe this one will be any different. But they will only replace it. Plus now I have to pay to have it replaced by a plumber. Skip this faucet.
