This Door Knob would be 5 stars except for one of the ones I received came assembled and perfect and the other one came in pieces and was missing a piece. I am not sure how to contact the right people to get the piece needed or have it replaced. You can see in my images the hole that is seen in the shaft. There is supposed to be a piece that cover that. Because that shaft piece is missing it is really hard to lock the door and it just doesn't look finished.Otherwise, these door knobs are BEAUTIFUL. Heavy Duty. I just love the look of them. . I wish I had the entire knob
