Update 11/19/24. USPS tracking says the returned items were received by the seller on 11/7 and I have yet to see a refund or even that one is being processed. I have to assume they can’t find the package since they keep asking me questions about it: tracking number, whether I returned both items, etc. Absolutely poor business practices. I will not be purchasing from them again.This is a beautiful faucet, the shape is just what I was looking for. However, the brushed nickel has too much gloss, and not enough.”brushed.” It, therefore, does not match the other metals in the room…Also, buyer beware – free returns does not mean free shipping back to the company. Apparently, it simply means there will be no restocking fee. These heavy faucets will cost a fortune to ship back ($26)I attempted to include a photo but every time I tried it not only didn’t include the photo, but also deleted my review! Go figure.
