Package arrived as advertised, timely and undamaged. Instructions were less than acceptable. A wire-stripping tool is not included in the "Needed Tools" but is pictured in later steps. The fan assembly doesn't list the upper housing being installed prior to running the electrical wires through that portion of the assembly making hanging the fan questionable. Blade assembly (steps and pictures) implies using the screws with washers BUT doesn't disclose that the washers are actually packaged separately. The fan was installed a several days ago and but yesterday morning has started "humming" intermittently. I will report back at a later date as to the "humming" problem if it hasn't cleared up.Recommendations? Not Yet!
