During lockdown, I have been using essential oils to blend my own bath and body oils, soaps and for general diffusing. It also contributes to general wellbeing and has been used as an anti-depressant traditionally.I have used this oil with my favourite carrier oil, almond, to create bath oils and body oils. By applying essential oils to the skin, their benefits are absorbed in to the system while also nourishing your skin.
