Finex is amazing, I have several pieces. They are one of those rare companies that over engineer their products and don’t apologize for the price. Sure you can find a Lodge pan for under $50 but if you want the “coolest” cast iron pan on the market with a milled smooth cooking surface and those incredible spring handles, splurge and get Finex.
