I ordered these blinds using the measurements of the inside of window to replace a torn up pair. The hardware was already in place so I thought I could just slip them right in. Unfortunately, when I got the blinds they were about an inch too narrow to fit on the inside of window. Plus the hardware was different than what I had.I got creative and installed the hardware on the window pane itself and on the one end, I needed something to make up for the inch that could fit into the small hole. I originally thought it was the size of a chopstick, but I didn’t have any, but I did have a pencil! I cut it to about the right size, put the blind up and it worked! Did the same with the other and it worked also!So only issue was that they were too narrow when they arrived but I was able to make it work!
