2016 Ram 1500 5.7 in AZ towing camper trailer or flat bed with rock crawler on it.Had high oil temps towing my trailer up certain grades up to around 250°. This helped lower those temps by 10-20° on average. I also did the louver trick at the same time. Gas mileage has not really changed as some have claimed.Easy install minus adding the hoses onto the barbs after I already installed the adapter. Would recommend installing hoses first fully before adding adapter on but check position and hose routing first. If you tow a lot grab one with the fan.
