Replacing the old plastic grill for our swamp cooler, this was relatively straight forward for my husband to install....perfect fit. Very good quality. Looks nice too. This one directs the air in all four directions and along the ceiling with no vents pointing toward the floor like the old one had. This makes for even distribution around the whole house. So much more efficient. Less blowing, more cooling. The vents are adjustable. A little stiff at first, but some silicon spray helped that.
