Overall good value for the price. Chrome is okay and bolt holes did line up, but were very tight on a couple holes. I'm happy, but don't expect show car quality.Edit - pan was deeper than stock and hit my frame crossmember when I installed the engine. Had to "clearance" pan and shim engine mounts to clear. Now it leaks oil.
