This cooler can be used for either your engine or transmission. This cooler is rated at 7,500 BTU and measures 2 3/4" x 11" x 1 1/2" with 1/2" NTP fittings. This cooler comes with the mounting brackets. Fitings and tubing will need to be purchased separately. This is a must for Heavy duty applications, from towing to racing, but is recommended for even daily driven vehicles. Heat is what kills an engine or automatic transmission. If you want to extend the life of your engine or transmission and avoid or prolong a costly rebuild, this is very cheap insurance. All parts are included to mount and plumb this cooler. This cooler comes with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty.

Found same cooler (even the product photo is the same) from multiple sources to replace a BGM brand cooler which this is supposedly the exact same one but this is measurably less expensive. Overall finish doesn’t impress but it seems sturdy enough and it’s the only one I can find in this specific size and configuration which fits my needs perfectly.
