My new favorite for top shelf EVOO.This is the only olive oil I will ever buy. Finally found an olive oil we love. I've tried so many and this is a keeper. The flavor is so good, I could have a spoonful by itself. Perfect for salads and finishing all dishes. I don't cook with it because the flavor is best unheated.Nice, smooth, mild spicy notes. among my favorites.I ordered this expecting two 25.4 oz bottles as it says in the description and in the pictures. I received two 17 oz bottles. Not happy about the miss leading advertising.we have been using this product for at least 10 years....use it to finish soups, vegetable dishes, making a aioli to top off fish dishes...like a cold haddock filet sandwich, over the years the oil just keeps its wonderful steadiness and we continue enjoying every bottle!Last year, I took one of my yoga retreat groups to visit Frantoi Cutrera in Sicily during olive harvest and enjoyed a very interesting tour around their olive oil mill.
