It came as it said it would packaged really well and did not leak. Has a good smell to it and isn't overwhelming or too strong. Works well in our foaming hand soap dispenser. And it did not specify whether to dilute the soap with water but I was able to find out that there is no diluting necessary. Just pour it in and your good to go.
