The first thing that drew me to this piece was the color palette used. The second was the subject. The choice to use very few colors, muted and well executed, spoke volumes as it allowed the subjects to capture your imagination. The “painting” draws you in as though you are a part of the scene. It leaves me with a feeling of quiet serenity as I gaze upon these sweet common stable friends engaging in simple conversation.The quality of this piece is outstanding. From a distance, it appears to be an oil. The frame is very good quality, very well made.In the attached picture, you can see that I have used this piece on a small angled wall in my upstairs landing along with a family heirloom. The collage continues on the adjoining walls and is accompanied by a Demilune table and lamp.The attention to detail in packaging protected my piece from any possible damage during shipping.
