The Surge Pullout Kitchen Faucet is manufactured with the latest technology in the art of metallurgy and crafted with raw molten brass from start to finish in our ISO certified Houzer Factory in Israel. The box did not include any instructions for installation or washers in the fittings. When my handyman installed it, water shot out everywhere under the sink. I had to rush to Lowes to get some washers. Given I pay my handyman hourly, this cost me money and was inconvenient to say the least.Additionally, the pull out hose doesn't have a weight on it to make it easier to feed in and out of the head. We took the weight off of my old one and put it on this one.The faucet itself seems pretty solid, so perhaps that will make up for the other deficiencies, but the faucet is so expensive compared to others that I wouldn't buy this manufacturer again.
