Poor fitment. Holes need to be drilled or filed for all the bolts to align. Driver side of rail needs to be clearanced for the washers. I don't understand why these companies make parts that do not fit. At least this can be made to work, better than nothing and would buy again if in a pinch but if you can find a crusty but serviceable original pan you'll spend the same or less time cleaning that up as you will making this one fit. Go with a used original pan if you can find one. The one I received did not have issues with pickup to pan clearance but given the horrible fitment be sure to check yours and clearance as needed. Would be a shame to destroy a perfectly good engine due to oil starvation from a cheap pan.
