Great faucet, I have three of these in my house. The finish is nice and feels nice and weighted (not cheap). Install was easy, I did all three myself. I waited until the price dropped on my final one since I didn't need it right away, that was worth it. There's about a $60 swing on these depending on when you buy it.We replaced the faucet from Moen,It was installed seven years ago. We were able to match the same style finish and model almost exactly.Everything was in the boxMoen has been a favorite brand of mine for many years. No more! This has been installed (professionally) for less than a year and I'm having to have the plumber out again to fix a constant drip. Sure, it may just need a replacement cartridge but after such a short time this malfunction represents the fact that Moen quality is dropping (fast!) and they are trading on their once very good name. Maybe you should consider other brand options? Very disappointing! This was a great faucet with a major problem; not enough water pressure to activate our on-demand tankless hot water heater to come on. I looked into some solutions including buying a higher-flow aerator. Before spending any more money I decided to unscrew and take apart the aerator this came with. I used the edge of a knife to pop off the white mesh top and then removed this pink part (see pic) and then put it back together and screwed it back in. The water flows better now and we get rapid hot water.I'm not sure how I feel about "saving" water as water doesn't get destroyed, just recycled. So saving water isn't important to me like saving energy, etc. is but I think I actually use less water now because I'm not running it forever trying to get hot and the soap rinses off much faster. Trust me, just remove this pink disk and it works much better. The faucet itself seems nice, however, it is not a traditional "brushed nickel" color. It is more like a brushed gold instead. Unfortunately we didn't know this before paying a plumber to install the two faucets in our bathroom (without opening the boxes first), and now they stick out a little bit like a sore thumb. Amazon's listing shows it as brushed nickel, the boxes they came in show "brushed nickel", but the faucets themselves are not brushed nickel.I purchased two sets of this model one year ago on Amazon. I did a lot of research on which brands of faucets are durable, not fully manufactured in China, and are worth money. Then I decided to go for Moen for its brand value and quality. I first purchased one set of this Moen model on Amazon with discount for around $130 only and it looked perfect after installation. So I ordered 2nd set. But the seller increased price by almost $100. I still bought the 2nd set since I was pretty satisfied with the first set. Both deliveries were pretty good and the packages were well protected. But the drain stopper of the 2nd set hasn't been able to fully stop water from leaking down the drain slowly since get go. I had a pro contractor remodel my bathroom and of course he installed the faucet. The contractor did a good job on my remodeling project and I don't question his skills putting the faucets together since the first set has worked perfectly and looks absolutely gorgeous until now. He told me he wasn't able to fix the problem and therefore I consider that was a product defect. I was going to give 5 stars for this product given everything is perfect except for the drain stopper problem. We installed this faucet in our basement bathroom, and noticed it pretty much immediately was dripping from the end. No big deal, I blew out the supply lines and cleaned out the aerator but it continued dripping. I contacted Moen Customer Support (which is actually pretty good - so kudos to them, even during a global pandemic they were eventually able to help) and they shipped me new cartridges. I replaced them, repeated the same steps and it still dripped from the end. I contacted Moen support again and they shipped me an entirely new faucet with new cartridges installed. Followed the same steps, blew out the lines, still dripped from the end. Contacted Moen support a third time, they said I had the old cartridge models and they needed to ship me updated ones - I told them the part number was 1234 but they still shipped them insisting there was an updated one. When we got them they were identical, but we went ahead and replaced them anyway, followed the same steps and it still dripped. I was at my wits end, so I called Moen support for the fourth time and they said, while they can't give me my money back, they can ship me a different but similar model. The one the shipped was the Kingsley high arc ORB. It works perfectly the first time, no dripping or fooling around with support. We don't have high/low water-pressure or particularly hard water, it seems unlikely I got so many bad units in a row so the only conclusion is it's a bad design. They did give me multiple 60% off coupons, but the prices on the Moen website are seriously inflated - the Kingsley replacement they sent me was listed at $550. This was my first Moen product after only installing cheap Pfister faucets (which always seem to work fine), I was surprised that their reputation did not hold up. Skip this model and go with an older established model. Unrelated to the review, I was also installing it in a sink without an overflow but the drain line was overflow only - I contacted Moen to see if I could buy a non-overflow drain without the holes cut in it and they said they don't make them. That was just a lesson learned though because sinks with overflow are almost standard, even though I just bought this one at my local big box store. There are only a couple of third-party drains available without overflow now and they are unfortunately plastic so I did end up with a degraded installation but I more-so blame the sink manufacturer.A bit pricey but should last. This handle design seems to be better at preventing water from running into the handle and seizing things up eventually. Very easy to replace an existing faucet, in my case, it was replacing an older Moen of the same colour, so I just had to replace the faucet and not the drain stopper etc.We like Moen products, we have purchased them in the past and have been very satisfied with the durability of the faucets. The selection and price are other factors that we considered along with the fact that brushed nickel is our choice of material. This is an early appraisal, hopefully these faucets have the same durability as the faucets we replaced.Had to remove the filter at the end of the faucet, since it was affecting the pressure.Je n’ai pas encore installé mais il semble d’excellente qualité! Ce n’est aucunement en plastique, heureusement! Le look est super, un beau brun antique!Item lost
