I'm giving it a high rating based on her opinion of the unit.This is a dryer I wish I had years ago. It is light weight and fast. My old dryer took me 25-30 mins to dry my hair now it takes 15.I have been using traditional hairdryers all my life. My hairstylist has a similar dryer that I have loved when I visit her salon. I couldn't afford the one she uses, but this one looked very much like it for half the price. After reading the reviews I took the plunge and purchased this dryer. I have NEVER spent this kind of money on a blowdryer before but I am so glad I did. What a difference! My hair drys in record time and it is not all frizzy when I am done. I love it! Today I gave my dog a bath and blew her dry in minutes. What a great find! Sometimes the old adage really rings true..."you get what you pay for"!I LOVED EVERYTHING About this Dryer--Design, Weight, Attachments, Functionality--even the carrying Case was Bonus... And then came and went the Heat level :-( --the No. 1 one Key factor for us frizzy-heads to get str8 power without the damage & time (exhausting really) with a flat iron..Pls pls fix ur motor power/heat cycle and I will promote Ur Product to Everyone I know! I promise! I just hated having to return--it truly hurt! but it was no use to me with the current low-no heat levels--hint must be closer to 180deg. and above.
