Took me a minute but connected to the app. It’s fairly easy to use. To set up hold the set up button for ten seconds to link to your internet. It automatically does military time. I had to ask Alexa for help with that. Follow prompts for rest of set up. I am running for 30 seconds every 200 seconds. 7-7 7 days a week. My townhouse is 1773 sq.ft. Three stories. It is good on that floor may need two smaller ones for first & third floor. I am using the Marriott scent it’s $49 bucks for 200ml. It’s the clean powder scent in love with it. Go for it better then plug ins or candle wax burners. Fyi it tells you how many days on the app until it needs more oil too. I give it 4 stars because I can’t follow instructions. Otherwise get it and the Marriott scent as an added perfect smell. Enjoy.I love the scent, it uses a little more oil than I prefer, but overall its a great device and makes scenting your home a breeze. It can be extremely strong so adjusting the settings to your preference is key. If I could set it to dispense scent a little less than its minimum settings I would but that is because I have a 1,000sq ft home. so this thing is worth while. If you have a large home, placing it near the air return is ideal for scenting your whole home,Incredible product, my entire home smells amazing and I don’t have to spend nearly as much money trying to keep up with plug style scents.My initial device had a defect, so I asked the seller to help fix the problem. The seller replaced my device and got all of my problems solved. I highly recommend this sellerI am pleased with this diffuser. I had some questions about it’s function and the seller responded right away and was very helpful to making it right. Works well as hoped!Other devices are plug & play, fill with oil and turn on. This one has a horrible setup process. You can download the app which has 2.6 stars but they make you signup with your email. I’m not into signing up to use simple devices. Also, please ask why a simple bluetooth device needs access to your location in order to work! I will be returning to amazon.
