I just wanted to say how great this seller has been with me. Long story short, I had my duck call delivered to my house and the package went missing. I contacted UPS and they were going to start the investigation. I also contacted the seller and he told me he would send me out a replacement for it. 4 days later the replacement was at my house. However the day before that I found my original package (my neighbors dog stole it). So I sent the replacement back. Needless to say, the seller has been more than generous with me. But my boyfriend loves the duck call! Highly recommend this product!
