We purchased our faucet August 2019 and had it professionally installed. We were very happy over this period of time. One exception. The hot water handle kept unscrewing and falling off. This could be corrected in manufacturing by changing thread direction. I corrected it by adding Locktite. Recently (2022) the hot water will suddenly quit operating. I turn off and turn it back on. It operates for a brief time then does it again. Sometimes turning on the cold water helps. Sometimes not. I would expect the cheapest plastic faucet to last more than three (corrected) years.
